Refund policy
We only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless item received is incorrect or damaged.
